The upper management takes little to no interest in what happens in the trenches, nor are they open to ideas on how to improve the company which will never result in a company of caring employees. They pay you so little and undervalue your worth to an extent it takes your own confidence down a notch or two. Management believes that employees don't make the difference, the customers do, and that's not how business works. You want to think that you make a difference, and are appreciated, but at Blue Chip Casino, they believe that if you aren't here they will get someone else to fill the void. It's a sad day when you come to work knowing you are not valued.
